The company is currently supplying horse mackerel and related by-catch in the Katanga and Lualaba Provinces in the Democratic Republic of Congo. As of June 2022, South Haven Commodities (PTY) Ltd entered in to a three-year supply contract with a prominent and strategic distributor in Kinshasa to supply a monthly consignment of 2,000MT of horse mackerel and sea food in the Kinshasa province. In the 2022-2023 fishing seasons South Haven Commodities (PTY) Ltd signed an exclusive agreement with the Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo on 25 November 2022 to catch and supply 12 000MT of Horse Mackerel Fish to Matadi Port DRC annually.
